This studio introduces students to a variety of two-dimensional digital-design issues including typography for the screen, kinetic type, two-dimensional composition and digital spatial-systems development. Students will be introduced to the basic concepts and strategies needed to create interactivity. Issues of navigation, information architecture and electronic publishing will be covered. This studio course will include a series of progressively more difficult and technically complex projects leading toward a longer and more indepth final project. Prerequisites: GRAPH- 202 or ARCH-202 and admission to the Digital Design program or permission of the Digital Design program director
