A grade of C or above is required in this course.Prerequisites: All required LAW and PLG courses, MGT 310, MGT 404, and HRM 306 must be completed or concurrently enrolled.This course identifies a special topic, which will periodically change based on current events and issues in the field of business law. This course requires students to actively engage in research, writing, and discussion to produce a detailed written analysis of the special topic. Students are encouraged to develop material that will benefit both themselves and their existing or potential employers.
