Dynamic optimization theory, application of the Hamiltonian, Euler-Lagrange, & Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equations, singular optimal control, dynamic programming, optimal state estimation, constrained receding horizon regulator, moving horizon estimation, disturbance modeling, linear & nonlinear model predictive control, analytical model predictive control.
