Students apply principles of planning, instruction, evaluation, management, and discipline; selecting appropriate teaching and learning strategies; developing a variety of appropriate lesson plans and assessments; demonstrating effective teaching practices with diverse populations; using effective discipline management techniques; managing students and classrooms; promoting personal professional growth; and working cooperatively with other professionals in grades 8-12.
