This course will provide review the principles of behavior management for classroom and community use with students with disabiliites. An examination will be made of the etiology of these disorders, theoretical approaches, and educational placement decisions. In addition, the course will provide a wide range of the most current research-based information about curriculum and instruction for teaching youngsters with mild to moderate learning and behavior problems. Class 3. Prerequisite: The student must currently be enrolled in or have successfully completed a Teacher Education program.
