This course helps the student design and manage successful organizational staffing practices. Students will be challenged to conceptualize the complex set of internal influences (such as organizational strategy, culture, and resources), as well as external influences beyond organizational control such as laws, regulations, and labor markets that define the boundaries within which staffing activities must take place.
