An introduction to the theory and practice of motion picture film making. Topics include film making equipment; converting ideas to images; the film making process; and the use of lighting, editing, and sound in film. Students make several short Super 8 mm films and digital video films that manifest their faith in content and process. This LAFS course is only offered through the Los Angeles Film Studies Program of the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities. Class 3.
