In this course the student will study integrated business application software systems. All components of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system will be examined. Also, other aspects of integrated business applications such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Business Intelligience, SCM (Supply Chain Management), and B2B (business-to-business) E-business will be explored. Prerequisite: BSYS 3325.
