The course will consist of directed readings on topics selected by the professor and the student on the basis of the needs and aspirations of the individual student. POLS 4190-4490 is not to be given in lieu of, or as a substitute for, any other course. Prerequisites: Junior standing and permission of the instructor, the department chairperson, and the dean of the college.
