The student works both independently, and in groups, to improve a Massively Multi-user Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG). The student studies game engine techniques, i.e. real-time 2D/3D graphics, lighting, terrain, and texture mapping, visibility, and occlusion, collision detection and avoidance, character animation, and Artifi cial Intelligence. Prerequisites: CISC 4345. Lab Fee.
