A study of the development of the international economic system of trade, production and fi nance from the Industrial Revolution through the present era, with special attention to the political effects of the developments that marked this progression. The course will examine specifi c state and non-state actors within the current international political economic system to investigate the development of economic and political linkages. Prerequisite: POLS 1315 and 2315. Spring only.
