Parties, pressure groups, bureaucracies and legislative bodies create the decisions that govern domestic social policy, international economic policy and defense policy. Prerequisites: ECO 1311 and PLSC 1320. Recommended: ECO 1312 and either PLSC 1340 or PLSC 1380.
