The history and development of our legal system, (e.g. increased government regulation of business) reviewed to help the student understand political and social influences on law. Topics covered include common law and Uniform Commercial Code, and contractual relationships (contracts, assignments, commercial papers, sales, and bailments). Prerequisite: 60 credit hours.
