Forecasting demand, aggregate planning, inventory planning and control, and scheduling provide the basis for linking strategic plans to the production plan. Other topics discussed include: quality control, product and process design, facility location and layout, productivity improvement, and project management. Prerequisite: QMB 2301 with a grade of "C" or better.
