TRANSFER Enriched integrated pre-service course and content experience that provides an overview of schooling and classrooms from the perspectives of language, gender, socioeconomic status, ethnic and academic diversity, and equity with an emphasis on factors that facilitate learning; provides students with opportunities to participate in early fi eld observations of P-12 special populations; course content should be aligned as applicable with State Board for Educator Certifi cation Pedagogy and Professional Responsibilities standards; course includes a 30 contact hour lab component; 15 hours of which must be with special populations in P-12 schools. Prerequisite: EDUC 1301. Lab Fee: $16.00; Special Fee: $2.00
