This course provides the student with an introduction to the project management process. The course focuses on both the common body of knowledge associated with project management as well as the art of managing projects. Students will be introduced to current project management software and will complete a series of project exercises and a major project. Some assignments will be in teams. This course provides students with a foundation to facilitate a career and professional certification in project management. Prerequisite: Junior standing or permission of instructor.
