Description: This course is about the optimization of business and technology. It examines the inter-relationships among business models and processes, computing and communications technology, and the management best practices that drive the adoption, deployment and support of business technology. It covers emerging business models - such as eBusiness, supply chain management, personalization and customization - as well as current and emerging technology infrastructures, architectures and applications. The course also examines technology management methods and tools, such as business cases, total-cost-of-ownership calculations and return-on-investment models.
