Description: This course combines the theory and practice of corporate finance and derivatives. It focuses on derivatives pricing models, the structure of the markets for these instruments, and the development of hedging strategies to manage corporate risks related to changes in interest rates,foreign currencies, stock prices, and commodities. This course will provide the students with an understanding of how derivative securities such as forwards, futures, options, and swaps are priced and used to maximize shareholder value.
