Description: This course covers financial and managerial accounting topics. The first half of the course provides an intense coverage of financial reporting with its focus on understanding the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flow and the related financial analysis required to make managerial decisions. Topics include budgeting, cost management systems, activity based costing, relevant cost analysis, and performance measurement.
