Intro to management techniques, confidentiality issues and communication skills in a hospital setting. Prerequisite: AHE 110, AHE 115 or HLTH 105, AHE 116, BSTC 104 and BSTEC 129 or BSTEC 130 or CIS 100, SHS 170. Completion of or concurrent enrollment in AHE 162, AHE 164 or valid NA-C license in WA state. See advisor. Permit code required.
