Formerly ENG 276. This course is a literary study of dramatic literature, exploring the major themes, conventions and historical trends of drama from ancient Greece to the present. Students analyze, discuss and write about a diverse selection of plays which offer a variety of cultural experiences. Prerequisite: ENGL& 101 (formerly ENG 101) or permission of instructor.
