This course covers college algebra skills, which include polynomial, rational, exponential and logarithmic functions, systems of equations and matrix solutions, and graphs of polynomial functions. Other topics may include sequences, series and summations. Prerequisite: MATH 099 with a 2.0 or better within the last three years or MATH 108 (SFCC) with a 2.0 or better or appropriate placement score. College level reading scores recommended. (SCC, SFCC)
