Topics include: vector notation, equilibrium, moments, couples, distributed loads, resultants, trusses, frames and machines, center of mass, inertia, shear and bending moment diagrams, and friction. Includes a design project. Prerequisite(s): PHYS-121 (may be taken concurrently), and MATH&-152.
