This course provides learning experiences for the client at the end of life. Course will include both 'high tech' and 'high touch' situations and the ethical dilemmas associated with each. The principles of communication, ethics, legal aspects, symptom management, cultural and spiritual competence regarding death are integrated. Prerequisite(s): NURS-211, NURS-212 & NURS-241 or instructor permission.
