This course provides various strategies for supervising or managing a problem employee. Course content emphasizes the importance of coaching, counseling, providing "performance-based feedback", and implementing progressive discipline techniques to change behavior and improve performance. Participants will learn intervention techniques, and will use workplace employee problem scenarios to practice new skills. Prerequisite(s): Instructor Permission.
