Prereq: DNC 121, 122, 123 or permission of instructor. An internal exploration of functional alignment and its practical application toward movement and dancing. Experiential exercises that will enable the development and increased awareness of anatomical alignment and its relationship to range of motion, flexibility, strength, and movement potential.
