Seminar on politics of family, ethnic, community, gender, workplace, lifestyle, education, class, and religious identities. Connection between forging an authentic identity and societal factors that present barriers to this pursuit. Course assumption is that marriage between self-knowledge and critical awareness of the world is essential.
