48 lecture........................................................................3 credit hours Primary and/or secondary research in current and emerging issues in EMS. Basic research principles, scientific inquiry, and interpretation of professional literature are emphasized. Students will demonstrate computer competencies during this course. Students will be required to present research data utilizing the internet. Data presentation shall include, but not be limited to PowerPoint, Excel or other Windows platforms.
