Specialized imaging modalities. Includes concepts and theories of equipment operations and their integration for medical diagnosis. This course will introduce radiation oncology, digital imaging, computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, medical diagnostic sonography, and nuclear medicine. Completion of RADR curriculum with 75% or higher in all RADR courses is required. Prerequisite: RADR 2309. Corequisite: RADR 2217. Two lecture hours and one laboratory hour per week. Total contact hours: 48. Credit: Two semester hours.
