This course examines selected Old Testament laws to interpret them within their context. After a basis of knowledge has been established by lectures and assigned reading, students will work in teams arguing case studies before an Appelate Court forum. The intent of the course is to give students increased skill in biblical exegesis and a healthy respect for the difficulty of making wise judgments based upon that skill.
