Topics included are trade-off analysis, process analysis, workplace methods, production and inventory control systems, capacity planning, operations strategies, technology-driven information systems, information technology management, and decision support systems. This course makes extensive use of case studies in operations management. Prerequisites: ACC 220, BUS 250, BUS 300, ECO 101.
