(Spring, Course Offered Every Year) A collection of laboratory exercises designed to provide practical exposure to some of the general principles and methodology of biochemistry. Techniques include photometry, polarimetry, electrophoresis, centrifugation, and various chromatographic techniques. Also offered as BIO-446. Three laboratory hours per week. Prerequisites: CHE-111, CHE-141, CHE-112, CHE-142, CHE-221, CHE-241, BIO-101, BIO-141. Corequisite courses: CHE-436.
