(Fall, Course Offered Every Year) Reinforcement at the keyboard of harmonic vocabulary associated with MUS-202 and MUS-203. Emphasis on four-part texture, with controlled voice leading, through realization of abstract harmonic settings, figured bass and melody accompaniment. Development of basic functional skills, such as harmonization of melody, score reading, sight-reading, transposition, and improvisation. Prerequisites: MUS-141.
