Specific topics covered will include: What are business ethics?; Is ethical behavior good for business?; Causes of failures in business ethics; the role of leadership in developing a culture of integrity; self-regulation of business ethics; government regulation of business ethics; conflict of interest issues; issues of honesty and fairness. Prerequisite: junior standing.
