Improvement of comprehension skills, vocabulary development and rate of reading combined with a review of grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, spelling, and words often confused. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in DEVW 0403 Fundamentals of Writing or placement by one of the following scores: COMPASS Writing Test 38-58; CPT Writing Test 63-72;ASSET Writing Test 35-38.
