It helps prepare students for the modern information age by examining the structure, role, content, and impact of organizational communication in contemporary business. It examines organizational communication from a strategic perspective and helps develop essential and critical skills necessary and expected of today's managers and executives. Students also have an opportunity to investigate information and messages in the context of modern organizations and examine major organizational communication issues.
