Prerequisites: BIO 225 and BIO 225L This is a laboratory course that will provide students with the experience of looking at various tissues and organs of the endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproduc-tive systems. Vertebrate organisms will be used as a hands-on model of these systems. Comparisons with human anatomy will be made using various computer-based programs. There is one three-hour laboratory period scheduled each week. This course is usually offered in spring semesters. A course fee may apply. All students registered for this course must also be registered for BIO 226.
