Prerequisites: CHE 124, CHE 124L, and MAT 161 This course is the lecture portion of a laboratory-based course that is required of medical technology majors. A survey of the field of analytical chemistry and a detailed investigation of the standard methods of quantitative determinations are presented in this course. Coverage areas include statisti-cal treatment of data, titrimetry, gravimetric, electrochemical, spectrochemical, and chromatographic methods. Two lectures are scheduled each week. This course is offered once every two years. All students registered for this course must also be registered for CHE 321L.
