Prerequisite: BIO 325 This course will provide the student with a working knowledge of the major federal legislation that governs the use of environmental resources in the United States. In addition, information on the regulatory framework in the U.S. and in Florida will be presented. Legislation will be discussed from the viewpoint of the professional environmental scientist. Offered spring semesters in alternate years.
