Prerequisites: COM 308 and COM 415 One of the tasks of computer professionals in the area of information security is to investigate to determine the manner and extent of damage or penetration of unauthorized persons into IT systems and to determine what data may have been compromised as well as authorized penetration of IT resources for legal purposes. This course provides an introduction to the methodology of computer forensics.
