An in-dept study of advanced selling and sales management issues including negotiation strategies, international sales strategies, national account management, and sales force ethics. Communications skills are refined through experiential exercises and videotaped role-playing. Analytical skills are developed through the research, design, and production of a case study and selling scenario.
