Description:
Special topics course will allow for different courses to be offered based on various topics chosen by fculty members or resulting from student requests. This will allow for current issues to be addressed, as well as courses by visiting and adjunct faculty. The course will be taught as a regular course with several students attending the same classes and laboratories (if offered). If a special topic is offered more than once per two-year period, it will be submitted for formal approval through regular university procedures. A course outline and syllabus will be submitted to and approved by the department chair prior to scheduling of course. Prerequisite: Consent of Instructor
