This course provides insights into the applications of rapidly evolving electronic commerce to determine and satisfy the needs of customers via the internet. Issues and practices that deal with concepts, theories, tactics, and strategies of information technologies and changes in marketing functions to meet the organization's objectives while delivering customer satisfaction and value are analyzed.
