This course will examine the personal and spiritual developmental factors that shape a Christian leader's development. In particular, we will explore the convergence of various stages and specific influences that Christian leaders frequently encounter in their development. Assuming that effective leadership emerges from a leader's character and that leadership is a dynamic process, special emphasis will be placed on analyzing "core" issues in the leader's life and ministry/vocation in ways that will assist students in understanding their experience thus far and in anticipating future developmental experiences. Prerequisite: None.
