This course studies the organizational structure, management processes, organizational behavior, and human resources as related to the global company's expatriates, third country nationals, and host country nationals. Emphasis is given to the international manager's job of staffing, training, motivating, leading, and controlling in cross-cultural environments. Students will prepare a comparative country portfolio.
