Prerequisite: 12 hours of upper division biology and a GPA of 3.0. Graded ? ?atisfactory" or "Unsatisfactory.? ?Individualized instruction and practice in assisting with theoperation of biology laboratory exercises in classes that have two or more laboratory periods per week. The student is assigned to one class section for one semester and is expected to assist with all class laboratories. The practicum is directed by the instructor of the class to which the student is assigned. Credits may not be used as biology electives.
