It incorporates the wide range of oral communication needed in our ever-growing diverse business and professional cultures. Topics of study and practice include improving presentation skills, overcoming communication apprehension, understanding the challenges of diverse cultures in the workforce, appreciating genderlect, using successful interpersonal skills, working in teams, developing leadership, preparing for ethical challenges, and participating in business dinner etiquette.
