Learn how to create a feasibility plan. An introduction to the concepts of building a feasibility plan. The purpose for which feasibility plans are developed, audiences, format design, updating, and presenting will be topics of discussion. The importance of maintaining flexibility and advantages of computer usage are demonstrated. Previous business or business planning experience may be useful but is not required. Emphasis is on building familiarity with creation, refinement, research, and techniques used, goals to be achieved, through use of a "handson"interactive approach to feasibility plans. [GE]
