Emphasis on management of revenue and expenses, application of basic financial concepts to the solution of organizational problems, analysis of the short and long-term financial needs of an organization, and selection of most feasible course of action to secure best possible financial outcome and allocation of resources. Topics of present value, stock and bond valuation, capital budgeting, financal forecasting, and capital structures also examined. Prerequisite: Economics 131 and Economics 132. 3 Credits. Winter.
