(Also known as industrial and organization psychology.) Exploration of the application of psychology to the workplace environment, such as business, government, and non-profit organizations. Major areas of study include work motivation, teams and teamwork, personnel decision-making, performance appraisal, leadership, and diversity in terms of gender, race, and personality type. Attention given to New Church concepts of conscience, discriminatory charity, and use as they apply to adult employment in our current workforce.
